Directions For Using the MEL-L Body Mapper

Equipment Needed
Magnifying glass
Circle template - in millimeters graduated from 2 through 25 mm in 1 mm increments

Directions
Select and print applicable pages. For instance, if you are monitoring a child, select and print each of the following
"Child - Full Body Front"
"Child - Full Body Back"
"Child - Face Front"
"Child - Face Left"
"Child - Face Right"
"Top of Head"
"Left Hand"
"Right Hand"
"Left Arm"
"Right Arm"
"Left Leg"
"Right Leg"
"Feet"
"Color Chart" *Requires color printer
Select and print "Additional Charts" if you are mapping more than four moles per view.
Mark on views each mole and designate each with a letter (A, B, C, or D)
Fill in charts on each page as follows
Date
Assymetry - Yes or No
Border - R=Round, J=Jagged, E=Elongated
Color - See color chart for number
Diameter - Use circle template
Change - Yes or No

Note: Circle templates should be available at drafting or school supply stores. They may be in different colors (green, orange). Select a clear (no color) one.
