Herb Baked Tilapia

tilapia fillets (4 to 6 ounce each)

 

1/2 cup

grated parmesan cheese

 

1/4 cup

low-fat mayonaise

 

2 tbsp

minced scallions

 

1/4 cup

dry bread crumbs

1 tsp

dried basil

1 tsp

dried oregano

 

1/4 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper



Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia on foil-lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine
cheese, mayonaise and scallions, spread evenly over fish. In another bowl, combine bread
crumbs, basil, oregano, salt and pepper, sprinkle over fish. Coat fish lightly with cooking
spray. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
