Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

beef bouillion cube

 

1 cup

hot water

 

2 cups

peeled small raw shrimp

 

1 Link

smoked sausage - diced

 

3/4 cup

onions - chopped

 

3/4 cup

bell pepper - chopped

 

1 cup

celerey - chopped

 

1/4 cup

green onion tops - chopped

 

2 cup

long grain rice, washed

 

1 Tbsp

Worcestershire sauce

 

1 Can (10 oz.)

beef broth

 

1Jar (4 1/2 oz.)

sliced mushrooms

 

1 Stick

butter or margarine

 

 

Tony Cachere's Seasoning, to taste

 



Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Place all ingredients in a 5 cup or
larger rice cooker and set timer. Do not uncover until cooking time has
elapsed. Note: Diced cooked chicken, turkey, smoked sausage, ham, etc.
may be used in place of shrimp
