Milk Shake - High Protein

1 cup

fortified milk (to fortify, add one cup of powdered instant
nonfat dry milk to a quart of whole milk)

 

1 very large scoop

ice-cream

 

1/2 tsp

vanilla

 

1 package

instant breakfast

 

1

egg (poached or soft boiled)*

 






Add your favorite flavoring; i.e., chocolate, Smukers fruit jellies,
butterscotch, real fruit, etc.
Blend in a blender at slow speed for about 10 seconds

* Do not use raw egg
