Rotini 16 oz box

 

3 - 16 oz jars

Alfredo sauce (Classico Four Cheese Alfredo

 

1/2 cup

buttermilk ranch dressing

 

5 slices

bacon

 

1

medium onion chopped

 

1

small green bell pepper chopped

 

3

chicken breast halves

 

1/8 lb (1/2 stick)

butter

1 Tbsp

garlic, minced or crushed

1 cup

cheddar cheese - grated



Broil chicken breasts and cube. Cook Rotini according to directions on box, drain and put in large mixing bowl. Fry bacon til crisp and crumble when cool. Saute pepper, onion and minced garlic in butter over a low flame until onion begins to turn golden. Add bacon, pepper, garlic, chicken to Rotini in bowl and mix. Add Alfredo sauce and buttermilk ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly. Put into 6 aluminum mini loaf pans and top each with grated cheese. Bake in 425 oven until cheese melts and pasta is bubbling.
